This May, we’re making space for mental well-being, whether you’re navigating something heavy or just need a reset. Under the Hat is here to help.

Under the Hat workshops are here to help you prioritize your well-being with practical tools and strategies for a healthier, more balanced life. Save the dates for this year’s workshops and take the opportunity to invest in yourself.

  • Aug. 8: Your guide to preventing burnout: Burnout is more common than ever, but there are ways to prevent it and feel better at work. In this workshop, we’ll cover what helps reduce burnout, how to communicate better and how to manage stress while protecting your time and relationships.
  • Nov. 14: Managing mental health during the holidays: The holidays can be tough, especially when others seem to be celebrating. It’s normal to have mixed emotions this time of year. In this workshop, we’ll share simple tips to set expectations, protect your mental health and enjoy meaningful moments.
