Family Hub on the Lyra care platform (Coming soon)

The family hub on the Lyra care platform simplifies coordinating care for the entire family. It offers a centralized space that makes it easy for parents to manage care for their children.

  • Centralized family care management: Oversee care referrals and invitations to children, review upcoming appointments and edit payment details from a single space.
  • Access personalized family care programs, wellness content, and integrated benefits. Easily share resources with your whole family.

Lyra Learn replaced by Work Hub (Available now)

  • Employees will now have access to on-demand learning, live events, self-care resources, and care services—all seamlessly accessible under a single Lyra login.
  • To foster meaningful connections, Lyra is launching a new format for small group discussions. Employees engage in recurring discussions with the same group of attendees to delve into a specific mental health topic.

Provider profile videos (Available now):

To make it even easier for members to find the right provider, Lyra has introduced provider profile videos.

  • This feature allows members to preview warm, personalized video introductions from Lyra therapists, coaches and physicians when searching for care.
  • The provider profile videos offer a new way for members to feel a connection with providers during their search.

Lyra Renew expands (Available now):

Lyra Renew, an alcohol recovery program, is now available in all 50 states. 97% of members start Lyra Renew with moderate to severe drinking patterns and experience an 89% clinical improvement rate.

  • This program is a virtual Lyra Care program to help members cut down or quit drinking by addressing both their mental health and drinking needs.
  • Members work with a specialized Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) therapist and can access peer group support sessions, digital lessons and weekly check-ins.

High-risk alerts (Coming soon):

Lyra now offers the option to reach out to members with the most urgent needs proactively.

  • All members will have the option to provide their phone number to be contacted directly by our Care Navigator team.
  • This proactive approach will assist high-risk members who might not feel up to dialing a number or scheduling a call to get the help they need.
