May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Just like physical health, mental health needs ongoing care and attention.

You don’t have to be “going through it” to benefit from mental health care. But if you are noticing any signs and symptoms occurring often, it may be time to talk to a professional.

  • Changes in sleep or energy levels
  • Lasting changes in mood
  • Difficulty focusing
  • Feeling sad or worried often

If any of these feel familiar, remember you and your family have access to resources you can use right now, or schedule a free, confidential 1:1 session with a mental health provider.

Whether it’s a ribbon, a shirt, or just a pop of color, your gesture can help spark meaningful conversations and remind others they’re not alone.
