Support for every stage of family life

The people we care about are often the reason we keep going. Whether your family is near or far, it helps to know there is somewhere to turn when life gets hard.

Under the Hat is a starting point for confidential support for you and everyone in your household.

The confidential support includes:

  • Parenting support
  • Couples counseling
  • Family counseling
  • Children & teen support
  • Caregiving resources
  • Individual mental health support

Watch your mailbox for family support

In mid-August, employees in the U.S. and Canada will receive a printed Under the Hat brochure at home, filled with resources available to the people under your roof. Mexico employees will receive their brochure at work. It highlights confidential support for parenting, relationships, kids and teens, caregiving, everyday stress and more, depending on your country and benefits.

Take a few minutes to look through it with your family, or ask your coworkers if they’ve seen theirs yet.
